An entrepreneur at heart, Blessed has over 25 years of leadership in financial strategy, operations and advisory. His deep domain expertise is grounded in his work as the former Head of Finance at Goldfields’ South Deep Mine, and senior finance lead at Exxaro, De Beers and Barloworld. Blessed understands the financial, regulatory and ESG challenges businesses face, particularly in mining and heavy industry.
He has led the design of financial frameworks, valuation models and turnaround initiatives, and his strategic oversight ensures that SLA clients benefit from tier-one thinking, delivered through a hands-on, agile service model.
